Jack’s Generosity was founded to support NICU families and raise awareness for mitochondrial disease — two deeply personal parts of our mission inspired by Jack’s journey.

As our organization grows, so does our responsibility to serve families well, steward donations with excellence, and expand our reach. To do that, we are strengthening our leadership structure and building dedicated committees.

We are currently seeking:

• Two (2) additional Board Members

• Fundraising Committee Members

• Event Planning Committee Members

• Marketing & Communications Committee Members

Board Member Opportunities

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about nonprofit growth, strategic planning, and sustainable impact.

Ideal qualifications include experience in:

• Fundraising & donor development

• Financial oversight

• Nonprofit governance

• Strategic planning

• Healthcare, NICU, or rare disease advocacy

• Marketing, branding, or communications
   

Board members play an active role in:

• Strategic direction

• Financial stewardship

• Fundraising participation

• Expanding community partnerships

• Serving as ambassadors for the mission

Committee Opportunities

Our committees allow passionate individuals to contribute their skills in focused, meaningful ways.

Fundraising Committee

Help us develop sustainable funding strategies through:

• Donor cultivation

• Sponsorship outreach

• Grant research

• Annual campaigns

• Corporate partnerships
   

Event Planning Committee

Support mission-driven events including:

• Fundraising events

• Community awareness events

• Hospital initiatives

• Volunteer coordination
   

Marketing & Communications Committee

Help amplify our impact through:

• Social media strategy

• Content creation

• Email campaigns

• Brand consistency

• Storytelling and awareness initiatives
   

Time Commitment

Board Members:

• Quarterly board meetings

• Active committee participation

• Annual fundraising support

Committee Members:

• Monthly meetings (virtual mostly)

• Project-based collaboration
