Jack's Generosity is now accepting nominations for its 2026 Life Support Award. Nominations may be submitted online through March 15th. This award will be presented at Jack's Generosity's upcoming Unique Jeans event, hosted April 25th at WOMPA in Tulsa. 

The Life Support Award recognizes healthcare employees who embody the spirit of Jack's Generosity's mission to support others during some of life's most courageous and challenging moments in the NICU or PICU by spreading selfless kindness, going the extra mile in showing compassion and care, and encouraging communication and connection in their workplace and community.

The following criteria will be applied when nominees are considered for this Award:

• This award is open to anyone who works in any capacity at an Oklahoma NICU or PICU. 

• Examples of acts of kindness outlined in nomination form. 

• Clear demonstration of impact this individual has had in their workplace and community with their kind, caring and compassionate acts. 

Jack's Generosity board members will review complete nominations and announce the Life Support Award winner on or before March 31st. The winner will be notified and invited to Unique Jeans to accept their Award. 

Through this event and other activities, Jack's Generosity generates funds to support NICU, PICU and rare disease patients and families through comfort box deliveries and other projects. Unique Jeans will celebrate Rare Disease Day and raise awareness of rare genes. Unique Jeans will feature drinks, dinner, music, a fashion show, silent auction and more. A portion of event proceeds will be designated to fund a joint project with Cure ARS to supply Emergency Support Bags to Cure ARS families.

​Jack's Generosity, Inc., founded in 2024, provides comfort boxes to families in the NICU and PICU and supports families and organizations by raising awareness and/or funding efforts for rare mitochondrial disease treatments and advancements towards a cure for mito.
